To help prevent underage drinking (which is the root cause of drunk driving) the Utah chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving has produced a Home-Use DVD version of the internationally acclaimed Strengthening Families Program classes (SFP). The SFP skills are research proven to create happier families, healthier brains, and alcohol and drug-free kids.

Our DVD adaptation of the SFP is a 10-part entertaining series of parenting and youth lessons for families to watch together in their own homes. Parents learn to create loving family relationships, set clear boundaries, and monitor kids’ activities. Kids learn skills like Following Instructions and Accepting “no” Nicely.

We are convinced that if parents watch the DVD with their children and use the downloadable handouts and worksheets, they will have better behaved kids, develop happier family relationships, and keep their kids addiction free.
